Join a Compassionate Urology Team in the Heart of Tiffin, Ohio

Mercy Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our urology practice in Tiffin, Ohio. This is a full-time, hospital-employed opportunity that offers the chance to join an established practice and contribute meaningfully to urologic care within the region.

About the Role
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced provider interested in joining a collaborative, patient-centered team. The incoming provider will work alongside Dr. Zaciewski and assume the existing patient panel of a departing clinician while also supporting practice growth. You will see a mix of adult and geriatric patients, provide both outpatient and inpatient consults, and support virtual visits as appropriate.

Practice Details
  • Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • 1:1 clinical support from a CMA or LPN
  • Equipment includes bladder scanner and urodynamics
  • Possible nursing home rounding
  • Mentorship available from Dr. Zaciewski
