Are you an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) looking for an exciting opportunity in hospital medicine? Mercy Health - St. Charles Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nocturnist APC to join our compassionate and collaborative hospitalist team.

As part of our nocturnist team, you will play a critical role in managing acute care needs, admissions, and patient evaluations during overnight hours.
Position Highlights
- Schedule: 3 nights per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Monthly Hours: 144 hours per month
- Primary Location: Mercy Health - St. Charles Hospital
- Additional Locations: Opportunity to pick up shifts at Mercy Health St. Vincent, Mercy Health St. Anne, and Perrysburg
- Responsibilities Include:
- Direct patient care, admissions, and history & physicals (H&Ps)
- Assisting with rapid response calls and collaborating with the emergency department
- Geographical rounding and consultation with subspecialists
- Partnering with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Experience: ICU/Critical Care experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered
- Certification: Board-certified APC (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
- Skills: Strong clinical acumen, ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset
