Bon Secours Mercy Health is adding a full time Primary Care Physician in Family Medicine - to share practice between Kilmarnock Primary Care and Heathsville Family Practice. We are OPEN to new Grads!
  • Kilmarnock Primary Care - 402 N. Main Street, Kilmarnock, VA 22482
  • Heathsville Family Practice - 8152 Northumberland Highway, Heathsville, VA 22473
  • 2 MD's and 4 NP's currently - adding another full time provider to the team
  • Our team works 4-10 hour days per week
  • 36 clinical hours and 4 hours of admin per week
  • Call is shared by 4 practices in the Northern Neck - approx. 1:9 - 1 week of call out of every 9 weeks
  • 20-23 patients per day
  • 10% peds - 15% adult - 75% geriatric
  • Practices have Point of Care Testing, labs and EKG in practice
  • Each provider has dedicated 1:1 support team mate - CMA or LPN - clinical support team handles messages, referral coordination and prior auth completion.
  • Practices are open to teaching opportunities - typically Nurse Practitioner students
  • Qualified Candidates must have completed a U.S.-based Residency Program, and be BE or BC by the ABMS (ABIM, ABFM).

Monday and Tuesday: 7am - 7pm

Wednesday - Friday: 7am - 5pm
