Bon Secours Cardiovascular Associates at Memorial Regional Medical Center in Mechanicsville is looking for an outstanding inpatient cardiology trained APC to manage cardiology consultations and referrals from the ER, ICU, PCU in collaboration with the on-call employed cardiology practice. Assist with inpatient management and transition of care for cardiology patients.

This provider will also provide advanced practice care and clinical management services to cardiovascular patients to the full extent of advanced practice authority as allowed by the organization and in collaboration with other team members. They will provide assistance as needed including episodic care in the emergency setting as necessary. While also performing consultations in the emergency room and inpatient units. Complete daily rounds, ordering and documentation on patients as assigned and assist with discharge planning and care coordination.
