Primary Care Provider (Physician or Experienced APC) | New Outpatient Clinic | Mercy Health - Bowling Green

Mercy Health is expanding access to care in the Bowling Green community with the opening of a new primary care practice. We are seeking an experienced Physician or Advanced Practice Clinician to step into a lead role and establish a strong foundation for this new location. This opportunity is ideal for a confident, relationship-driven provider who values autonomy and is energized by building a practice while delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care.

The Role

• Full time outpatient position with a Monday through Friday schedule
• Flexible daily structure designed to support both patient access and provider balance.
• Care for a diverse patient population across the lifespan.
• Emphasis on continuity of care and meaningful patient relationships.
• Shared call structure within the primary care network with a well-managed after hours system.

Support and Practice Environment

• Dedicated clinical and administrative support including medical assistants or LPNs and front office staff.
• Experienced practice leadership and regional operational support.
• Access to a strong referral network across Mercy Health
• Hospital affiliation and continuity of care within the system.
• Technology and tools designed to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
