Western Branch Primary Care is located on Taylor Road in the heart of the Western Branch area of Chesapeake. Our new modern practice is 1 mile off the exit from I-664 and near the MMMBT. Surrounded by schools, churches, dining, entertainment and residential neighborhoods - this busy practice is firmly established in the community we serve.

Bon Secours Western Branch Primary Care
Western Branch Primary Care provides comprehensive care for children and adults. Our health care services for children include school and sports physicals, well-child visits and immunizations. For adults, we offer annual and pre-surgical physicals, as well as management of ongoing medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol. In addition, we offer wellness screenings and routine diagnostic testing including blood work, urinalysis and EKGs.

- 2024 Start Date - 120 days after receiving signed offer
- NP must be licensed and able to care for patients of ALL AGES.
- Accepting Experienced AND newly graduated NP/PA applicants with a passion for outpatient primary care practice - strong nursing background and primary care-focused training rotations is highly preferred.
- 3 MD's and 3 NP's - each with 1:1 CMA support
- Full Time Position open due to practice Growth - 100% outpatient
- Prefer schedule 5-8's M-F
- Shared Call Group - approx. 1:10 - no hospital requirement
- Point of Care Testing - Phlebotomist on site - PharmD in practice 2x per week
- Lab- EKG in practice
- EPIC EMR
- Telehealth - E-visits available through MyChart
- Average 18 - 24 patients per day after ramp-up period
