We are seeking a dedicated Midwife who values teamwork, access, and a high standard of care in a well-established, mission-driven setting.
Role Overview:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with occasional extended weekday hours to support patient access.
- Patient Access: The incoming provider will help expand access for both existing and new patients while supporting continuity of care.
- Call Structure: Shared 24/7 inpatient call rotation at Mercy Health - St. Vincent Medical Center, divided among 5-6 midwives for sustainability and work-life balance.
- Diagnostic Support: Onsite ultrasound services enhance real-time decision-making and patient experience.
- Panel Integration: Opportunity to inherit an established panel while also supporting ongoing patient growth within the practice.
- Virtual Care: Telehealth available as clinically appropriate, offering patients convenience without compromising quality.
- Scope of Services: Full-spectrum midwifery care including annual visits, prenatal and obstetric management, and labor and delivery services.
