Family Medicine Faculty Opportunity – Lighthouse Way / St. Luke's Residency Program | Toledo, OH

Mercy Health is seeking a full-time Family Medicine faculty physician who enjoys caring for patients and teaching the next generation of physicians. At Lighthouse Way Family Medicine, you'll join an established residency program and a collaborative faculty team, with time for both resident education and your own outpatient patient panel.

What you'll do

• Precept family medicine residents in the outpatient clinic and participate in inpatient teaching.
• Care for your own patient panel approximately 8–12 hours per week, with the opportunity to welcome patients from an existing panel.
• Rotate on the inpatient service approximately every 4–6 weeks, Thursday to Thursday, providing supervision and backup for residents.
• Contribute to didactics, lectures, resident recruitment, mentoring, and residency committees, including the Clinical Competency Committee and Program Evaluation Committee.
• Share in a call schedule planned in advance with the faculty team.

The practice operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You'll have time for educational and program responsibilities and opportunities to grow into residency leadership. The role includes privileges at Mercy Health – Perrysburg Hospital.
