Mercy Health in Toledo, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine physician to join our growing primary care team at Mercy Sylvania Primary Care. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, serving newborns, children, adolescents, and adults. The practice is designed to foster meaningful patient relationships, emphasizing high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative setting.
Highlights of the opportunity include:
- Full-time outpatient position (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm)
- Family Medicine without OB
- Average of 16 patients per day, with a gradual ramp-up period to support your transition
- Extended hours are recommended to enhance patient access
- PerfectServe system for after-hours cross coverage call
- Telehealth and e-visit options for same-day and follow-up care
- Strong clinical staff support (1:1 clinical staff to provider)
- Opportunities for professional engagement, including student precepting and collaboration with physician colleagues
