Bon Secours Sleep Disorders Centers is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established Sleep Medicine program serving the Greater Richmond region. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a collaborative team dedicated to expanding access to high-quality sleep care within one of Virginia's leading health systems.

The incoming APC will join an established practice with a strong referral network and growing patient demand. Working alongside experienced Sleep Medicine physicians and clinical staff, the provider will care for adult patients with a variety of sleep disorders while helping improve access to specialty care across the Bon Secours market.

Highlights Include:

  • Established Sleep Medicine program with a robust referral base
  • 0.8 FTE / 32hrs/wk
  • Schedule will be 4 days/wk
  • No call, weekends, or hospital rounding responsibilities
  • Opportunity for ½-1 day of dedicated telemedicine clinic during the work week
  • Outpatient-focused practice serving adult patients (18+)
  • Average patient volume of approximately 18 patients per day
  • Collaborative team with dedicated clinical and administrative support

Requirements:

  • Current Virginia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or eligibility for Virginia licensure
  • DEA and prescriptive authority, or eligibility to obtain
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP), Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP), or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) required
  • 3-5 years of Adult Sleep Medicine experience preferred
  • Certification in Clinical Sleep Health (CCSH) preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills
