In this role, you will work alongside a team of 6 experienced GI physicians, providing exceptional care to the residents of Toledo. Your work will be dynamic, covering our metro hospitals, including St. Vincent, St. Charles, St. Anne, and Perrysburg Hospital. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced gastroenterology care to a diverse patient population across multiple hospital settings.
  • Perform ERCPs, EUS, and other diagnostic and therapeutic gastroenterology procedures.
  • Participate in hospital rounds on weekends and provide call coverage (1:4 cross-coverage with established GI physicians).
  • Use EPIC Electronic Medical Records to streamline patient care and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
  • Participate in the education and training of residents, fellows, and medical students.

Qualifications:
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Ohio.
